We are happy to offer some exclusive products on a PRE-ORDER basis.

We only sell stock on pre-order that we have secured (paid for) and is en-route to London, United Kingdom. This, however, means that there can still be delays with the shipping company or more often, with UK Customs. We’ll do everything we can to deliver on the estimated date but please bear with us if there are delays outside of our control.

  • This will allow our customers to secure the products that are currently in transit on their way to London, United Kingdom.
  • We always provide an estimated shipping date for each pre-order item but please note that this may change as there can be some delays with shipping or customs
  • We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as we ship the items out

What is a pre-order?

The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse. Once you run checkout it is important to verify if the product is in pre-order or not. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders.


How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?

Waiting times vary from item to item.

Usually, the estimated waiting time is of 10 working days from the date of purchasing the item. Once that the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within two days.

Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre-order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once.


When a delay occurs & why?

The items of our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps.

Can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

Absolutely yes!

You can:

- Create two distinct orders: one including items available in stock and the other including items in pre-order. The one including available items will be dispatched in accordance with our shipping times policy.

- Place a combined order and wait for the items in pre-order to arrive. In this case, the whole order will be hold and dispatched entirely.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Yes you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours from the purchase. From that moment on it won't be possible. If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 24 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team ( angels@afterbeauty.com ).


 Can I amend my order?

Yes! It will be possible to change the sizes of the items included in the order provided availability of the sizes within 24 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team ( angels@afterbeauty.com ).
